How to create and Use an Employer Account in Bossjobs.in

Step 1: Visit the Bossjobs.in website and click on "Register Account" in the top right corner.

Step 2: Now Select the options as careers and Employer and then click on continue Button as show in the Below picture

Step 3: Fill in the required details to create your account:

  • Name: Enter your company name.
  • Email Address: Provide your company's official email address.
  • Mobile Number: Enter your company's official phone number.
  • Create Password: Choose a password for your account.
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.

After completing the fields, click on the "Register" option to create your account.

Step 4: If the page takes a long time to load, please contact us for account approval.

Step 5: Return to Bossjobs.in and log in using the credentials you just created. By default, you will be directed to the Careers page.

Step 6: To switch to the Employer page, click on the "Careers" option in the top right corner. Select "Employer" to access the Employer webpage.

Step 7: On the Employer webpage, you can post job openings, track applicants, and browse candidates based on your requirements.

Step 8: To create a job post, click on "Create New Post," which will redirect you to the job creation page.

Step 9: Click on "Select Job Role" to view a list of job roles. Choose the appropriate role for your position.

Step 10: Browse Bossjobs’ inventory for pre-made job templates. Select a template that fits your job title, which you can then edit to meet your needs.

Step 11: Add all relevant job post details and click "Publish Job." Your job will then appear on both your Careers and Employer portals.

Step 12: To edit your job post, click the Pencil icon; to delete it, click the Delete icon; and to preview your post, click the Preview option.

Step 13: If you have hired a candidate, click "Close Job" to close the job posting. Confirm by clicking "Yes."

Step 14: To view closed jobs, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Manage Jobs."
  2. Open "Closed Jobs."

Step 15: To edit your company profile, click "Edit Profile" located at the bottom left under Company Profile.

Step 16: Click the Pencil icon to edit or update your profile, and click "Save" for each change.

Follow these steps to ensure your account remains up to date.
