1. How do I create a new job post on Bossjobs?

To create a new job post, navigate to the "Dashboard" and click on the "Create New Post" button under the "Post Job" section.


2. In how many ways can we create a Job Post on the Platform?

        We can create a Job Post in #3 ways on the platform

  • From Bossjobs Inventory - A library of ready made job post template to choose from for a quick and easy post
  • From Previous Job Posts - IF you have already created job posts earlier, you can create a new one by just picking up an existing Job post as a template 
  • Brand New Post - If there are no templates available at present, you can create a Brand-new Job post ground up.


3. How can I select a job role from the existing inventory?

You can select a job role by clicking on the "Browse Bossjobs' Inventory" button. After choosing from over 50 Job Roles, you can select from an inventory of Over 150+ Job Role based Inventory of job templates for a quick job post. 


A pop-up will appear, allowing you to search and select the desired job role from the available options.

 

4. Can the Job Template details be edited?


If you have selected a job post template, most of the fields are populated to cater to a job requirement.  The information in the Job post is editable and can be customized to suit the specific requirement of employer needs

5. How to customize the Job Post based on Skill Set Required for the Job?

One of the unique features in the job post is an option to select Skill Categories and Skills that are relevant for a specific employer need. As, the requirements of most employers are unique, an effort to categorize skills at a modular level to facilitate maximum customization of a Job Post  

6. Can we add a pre-qualification assessment to the Job Post?

Yes, a pre-qualification assessment can be added to the job post. You can choose questions from Job Role based Bossjobs Question Bank or create your custom MCQ based questions to your Job Post. 


Only applicants who score more than 60% in the assessment will apply be able to apply against your Job Post
